Our Mission: To inspire the people of Toccoa/Stephens County to take an active part in making and keeping our community clean and beautiful through litter reduction, proper waste recycling and disposal, and care for our land, lakes, streams, and property.

Our Role: To educate, encourage, and challenge the people of Toccoa/Stephens County, from young to old, to do their part--every day--to make and keep our community clean and beautiful.

Our Measures of Success:

• Litter-free and pollutant-free land, lakes, streams, and roads.
• Well-maintained and attractive private, public, and commercial property.
• Properly handled, recycled, and disposed waste.

Membership: Community support and involvement are vital to KTSCB. By becoming a member of KTSCB you will join forces with others in our community to:

• promote beautification efforts in our community,
• promote proper handling of solid waste,
• maintain sustained litter reduction, and
• enhance environmental awareness
